It is our goal, and our duty, to provide our customers with screen printing products that fulfill their intended purposes and are delivered free from damage or defects, in order to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the products you have purchased from NBG Screen Print Supply, we ask that you please call one of our helpful customer service representatives. From there, you will receive instructions on how to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You can call us at 267-387-6225.

When returning a product, please know that every item must be returned in their original condition, and packaging, within 15 days from receipt of purchase. Unfortunately, we will not accept returns on products with custom-formulations. We will not accept any products returns that are sent C.O.D., or without an RA#.

NBG Screen Print Supply guarantees all its products free from defects and will replace defective merchandise within a given warranty period. Customers with orders shipping to Canada will automatically be called with freight charges and must be prepaid.
