When returning a product, please know that every item must be returned in their original condition, and packaging, within 15 days from receipt of purchase. Sorry custom-formulations cannot be returned. Packages will be refused if returned C.O.D., or without an RA#.
Sunrise Technologies guarantees all its products from defects and will replace defective merchandise within a given warranty period. Customers with orders shipping to Canada will automatically be called with freight charges and must be prepaid.
