815 is a multi-versatile press side wash designed to work quickly and efficiently on all graphic inks as well as vinyl, plastisol and non pvc inks to open dried or clogged screen images during production runs. It evaporates fast without leaving any solvent residue on the screen. It is also ideal for quickly washing the screen after the press run. 815 has a higher flash point than laquer thinner, alcohols, ketones, etc. Biodegradable, non-toxic and environmentally friendly.

Note: 815 is not recommended for use on Water Resistant Photo Emulsions.

815 is a multi-versatile press side wash designed to work quickly and efficiently for the removal of graphic inks as well as vinyl, plastisol, and non-PVC inks when opening dried or clogged screen images during production runs. It evaporates fast without leaving any solvent residue on the screen. It is also ideal for quickly washing the screen after the press run. 815 has a higher flash point than lacquer thinner, alcohols, ketones, etc. Biodegradable, non-toxic, and environmentally compliant.

**Note: 815 is not recommended for use on Water Resistant Photo Emulsions**

Directions

  1. To remove ink from screen iamges, apply 815 onto squeegee-side of screen and wipe clean.
  2. To clean screen following production run; first, scrape off remaining ink, apply 815 to both sides of screen, and wipe clean.
